Need help
My scale is paired to my Phone but does my weight in pounds which is what I want but it says I only weigh 34.4 pounds. Obviously wrong. When I look up the Q and a frequently asked questions on the app it’s all in Chinese. Anyone help?Turkey bait
So far so good but help is almost nonexistent
I have tried following the links in the App Store, clicking on FAQ in the app as well, and I cannot resolve my issue. I am the only one using this scale that has a Bluetooth connected phone. My husband also uses it. The last time he did it, his weight ended up on my profile and I I saw where you can delete certain sources, but it ended up deleting all of the weigh ins I had done. I want to app support takes you to their site which is in another language so I am left hanging. This needs to change.SASH3rs
