Hello, Thank you for reaching out. Please try the following troubleshooting instructions: 1. Log out of the app and then log back in, to see if this resolves the issue. 2. Remove the app from your mobile device and reinstall it. 3. If you are using your Wi-Fi, try turning it off and using your cellular data. 4.
