Charged before discounted year ended
I found the videos to be outdated and not helpful so I never used the subscription. In September I attempted to cancel the membership which they make extremely difficult to do.
Christmas Day I got charged $119 to renew a subscription that was still almost 2 weeks out from expiring. There is no information on their account as to when they bill for the next year.
I have attempted to contact them through email with no response.
I have submitted fraud charges through PayPal and if that does not work, I will go through my bank. Do not get this.
