I can’t pay nothing because DiDi it doesn’t accept my card, I don’t have that problem with Rappi but right now Rappi There is no coverage until my new apartment

Todavía tuve pagar después de una cancelación. Yo cancelé por un problema familiar.
Demasiado lento/ pésimo servicio.
He usado este servicio 3 veces y me fue muy mal. Las tres veces demoraron dos horas en entregar el domicilio por tanto la comida llegó súper fría. La app te da un cupón por esperar tanto pero no lo vale.

El repartidor me reporto como si yo no quisiera pagar y el era quien no trajo cambio, se supone que es comida a domicilio no para completar el trabajo de el y obvio la app ni para llamar ni reportar lo clientes no tienen ningún beneficio de duda tengo pruebas y todo
Keeps canceling for no reason
This app keeps canceling my orders without explanation. It assigned a driver to the re-requested order after he canceled the first time for no apparent reason. Maybe third time requesting the same order is the charm. I’m to stubborn and cranky to just give up.
Nada más que ladrones.
El conductor me robó el pedido de DiDi. Una verdadera basura. ¡Y la aplicación se niega a devolverme el dinero a pesar de que presenté un comprobante de texto! Es repugnante. Odio a DiDi. ¿Por qué pagar por una tarifa premium? Es una pérdida de tiempo. Es repugnante.
1 Minuto para ellos son 5 minutos en tiempo real
El tiempo de sus ordenes es un horror total !! Me quedo con uber eats . Me he tenido que esperar mas de 1 hora por mi comida que obviamente en ese entonces ya estara fria . Sobre trabajan sus didis hacer 3-4 ordenes ANTES DE LLEVAR TU COMIDA . Y lo peor DIDI le echa la bronca a los repartidores y restaurantes con los clientes enc4br0n1d0$.

THE WORST DELIVERY APP OF ALL TIME
I hate didis they took all my money and they didn’t give it back because no one took my order! Don’t use didis!
Garbage location find
Whenever I adjust the pin, it just zooms in 2 seconds after I haven't moved it. Then, sometimes I can't zoom out and move it cause it just keeps going back to the same spot. When I found my spot, it said "no location found" I put in my apartment details and still nothing. It couldn't even find my location when it had access to it.

Not very good service.
There’s no customer support at all, I’ve tried calling multiple numbers and even the one they directly put on the app as their customer support number is incorrect, every time it connects me to a life support customer service representative, so not at all Didi. I had been using the app for awhile and it was alright, prices are high but that’s to be expected, but last few times no one delivers my order and I’m left waiting for a ghost courier with the wait time being 3+ hours. Worst part it also won’t let me cancel the order cause they charge a cancellation fee and you can’t call anyone for help, needless to say I’ll be changing to Uber eats, see if that’s any better…
