I use them to head to school and the bus just drove right past me I was waiting and stuck my hand out to stop the bus and the driver saw me and just ignored me so I was late for school!preppy Mia edits
Unreliable service
Buses are always so late!!!! Waited 35 mins for the 22:00 461 from Cromwell bus station. We even just gave up & started walking home & got to Church Grove The Kings Field stop J, we decided to wait for the next 461 as we couldn’t get an Uber. The 461 bus driver just sped past us & didn’t slow down or stop at 22:38-we really can’t rely on this service which is very disappointing.Show lessmailtracyb

payment issue
so, when i want a mobile childs day ticket, i put in my card details and it says "postcode" at the end. i put in my home postcode and it turns green, which means its all good and ready to go, so i press pay now, and it takes my money, but then says "postcode and card do not match" or something. i dont understand this. it gives me a refund later without having to request it, but i dont get a ticket and am not sure how to fix this issue.Show lesstylovescats

It’s pointless having an app that is never right. I can’t rely on getting this bus service as the app and timetables at the stops don’t seem to be synced, please fix!unhappy bus boy
HORRIBLE AND VERY SLOW
I’ve brought a m-ticket and the app doesn’t even load. I had to pay extra for my ticket because of the app not loading my ticket. Waste of moneyR4hul_Mohan
