Makes this process much easier

This has made the transfer of information much easier than back and forth emails and phone calls and stores everything in one place.

Good for the unfortunate

This app has been great for the unfortunate process it was made for. Communicating with representatives has been an easy painless process and everyone responds quickly and make me feel like I have the best help I can with this process

UnableTo get past the login sequence

There is a bug with the app that is not allowing me to input the security code and access the app. The number keyboard is blocking the enter button. It is unusable on my phone.

Photo library > camera

I found the app easy to use, however,I found it much faster to upload photos from my camera roll rather than taking photos with the app. I circled back to mention I’ve entered 15 nicknames to submit the survey and all were taken. Ain’t nobody got time for that.

Extraordinary Assistance

I could not be more happy with the assistance which I received from Taxaudit. The person assigned to my case, Robert, diligently kept me informed about the process and was always expedient in answering my questions. He was able to get a fair resolution two my problem
