I can’t even get past the very first page which is for sign in. “Load failed” when we accept all default suggestions. If you can’t get past the login screen, one wonders what kind of operation this is. I also noticed that this is the highest rated of all this company's apps.

The company declared bankruptcy and so the app doesn’t even work. I bought the wand only to realize it doesn’t even work that is 36$ I will never get back.fan of prestonplayz

The wand seems to work fine, but the app is extremely outdated does not even BEGIN to work and you can’t make a profile, I will not be purchasing ANYTHING else from Kano, and neither should you.Bregotham

Christmas gift dissapointment
I got this for Christmas super exited but then when i tried to use it the app wouldn’t even let me in i did some research to find that it doesn’t work there goes 20 dollars and 45 minutes down the drainHaileyANash
