Totally non functional
Tried to get the app set up and it won’t let up create a new login. The Christmas gift is totally useless at this point. We can’t even contact support through the app to fix the issue.aggiebug08

When I downloaded the app I could not even make an account and so now I have a waste of a wand. This is very disappointing because it looks super exciting.Kitten sad

I got this for Christmas this year and I built it right and everything but when I go on the Harry Potter wand kit by Kano app and choose my name it says something went wrong please try again later and the wand won’t show up in my Bluetooth settings HELP!JakeConnor123
Can’t even play
I’ve tried to make an account, but it keeps saying to try again later. I first tried in the late morning, but now it’s 7 PM and it still doesn’t work. If it fixes then I’ll remove this, but when I buy something, I expect to be able to use it for at least a few minutes.A Funne Random Guy

It's a very fun idea but I immediately eperienced glitches. I can't actually press buttons or recenter the wand. It used to be fine but this came out of nowhere. I recommend for short-term use only and to use it to its fullest potential before it goes blah.Harry Potter Human Being
