Disappointed
Why can I not connect the camera to my home WiFi? It continuously says connection failed. However, when I am on my mobile device and I go to my Wi-Fi settings I am able to connect to the camera from my phone. The only way I can view the video from the camera is if my phone and the camera is on the same Wi-Fi network. This means if I leave my home with my phone I cannot see what is taking place in front of the camera. There is no remote viewing allowed this way. Please troubleshoot the issue being able to connect to my home Wi-Fi. Im majorly disappointed.Show lessMcat taker
Needs major improvement
The camera itself is ok for $36+ tax but this app is complete crap.
Pros: easy to navigate control options. Picture in daylight is better than expected for $36. Sound is good when it works.
Cons: set up is a nightmare. Says camera is offline when it’s not. Live picture lags as does sound. Sound often goes out stating that “no audio received” or something like that. Clicking off app to do something else is as good as closing it. Motion detection doesn’t work. More than once to get the app to show picture I’ve had to put my phone on airplane mode for a hot second then turn it off and then open the app again to get it to work. Night vision is a complete lie (this may be a fault with the camera itself. But turn the lights out and you’ll see nothing.)
I’ve not tried to record or take pictures yet so can’t say much about that.Show lessNimrondell
Dreadful
Bought a cam and this app came with it. So difficult to connect to the network.
The setup requires you to connect to your local wifi but it doesn’t recognise the local wifi. It only offers me two other wifi’s that are not mine. Tried for hours and finally tried to delete the app and reinstall it but I cannot reinstall it now as the icon remains on the Home Screen but nothing happens when I try to click on it.
I’ve obviously wasted my money on the camera as the app does not work.Show lessmhaill

Pretty poor app but it does work despite the above comment. “Don’t waist your time”, i think you’ll find it “WASTE”. Grab a dictionary app maybe?

Completely worthless! What a total scam
As others have said... neither the amp nor the camera can connect to the wifi network. However... when opening and setting up the app initially, it appeared that a location map was being loaded each time I entered anything in the app. Very disturbing. Very disappointing. This app and company should be investigated thoroughly.Show lessnadhan
Poor App
At this time I think this app fails. It does not recognize my device nor does it allow me to enter phone number etc. There is no drop down box for selections to add device. Poor developerup lifter

I would recommend something else other then this. When it stays on and I see it on my phone and I close the app. It doesn’t connect. It’s always telling me it’s offline when it’s on still.Luk_AtMe_Know
