Great machine!
My teen has been struggling with depression and hates even more that she has to take medication, which makes her feel ‘crazy’, therefore I bought this Pria to add a little happy face and positivity to the whole pill taking. It helps, but I wish they would update the facial recognition because that’s never worked despite reprogramming it four times. The other suggestion I wish they’d do is figure out a way to lock access to the pills. It’s difficult to push that red section on the pill wheel, but obviously it can be done. I took a sharpie and covered the word “push” so if she ever does, for some reason, open the back, she’ll struggle with trying to access the actual pills in the wheel. That’s the only thing I can do until I can figure out how to lock the pillswheel/pria. I haven’t had an issue with her trying to gain access, but I don’t want until it’s “too late”. So far the happy face Pria has done her job and I couldn’t be happier (with the exception of updating the facial recognition so I don’t have to worry about her seeing me enter the PIN number). I definitely would recommend this for anyone with a child dealing with depression because it makes taking pills not depressing requirement and adds a little happy friend
