Reviews of Pria By BLACK+DECKER

  • Subscription obligation?

It’s not fair that you don’t mention anywhere about the subscription price, unless someone is signed in as a user. Therefore, just because of curiosity I downloaded, learned the price and I’m going to delete it. A fee of 9.99$ is not fair. By the way, I don’t even find it ethical to let someone to subscription because of health issues. One time fee okay but what about people who cannot pay and need such a service?
  • Medication search and appearance settings no longer work

The options to search for existing medications and customize their appearance result in a blank screen. I just bought this device and now I see the app hasn’t been updated in over a year. 😬 It seems like a health/wellness device that manages medications (and comes from a major corporation) should have better maintenance.
  • Decent idea, bad product

The idea of Pria is solid, but the execution is poor. This is designed for the elderly but requires the user to recognize when pills don’t dispense correctly, to insert a code to get their pills, and to navigate a fickle interface. I WOULD NOT recommend this for your parents or grandparents as i do not feel it is safe for those who are not 100% self sufficient.
