App Crashes & Cant Register
This should be a lovely, easy app to use.
I’m looking for a barista job but every time I tried to upload my details it either crashed or just stayed in the loading screen.
Having tried 6 times I’m giving up.

Love this app however, as of recent the app keeps crashing and closing whenever I open it
Look out for their staff
Been using barista on tap for a while and had only good experiences with cafes. Unfortunately, had my first bad shift where I had to leave in the middle due to a member of staff being extremely rude and aggressive to me. Barista on tap staff were amazing about the situation, the woman who sorted the dispute was an absolute star. It can be intimidating going into different workplaces as a young woman, however, it is so relieving to know that BOT are so understanding and look after their staff!!

Best app for students!
This app has been a life saver for picking up shifts for some extra cash in between uni terms
Jobs disappear
I’ve been having issues with this app since I got it. The jobs pop up as a notifications on my phone but when I click them they disappear. Also the one and only time I was allowed to request it disappeared right after my request.
Game-Changer
I’ve really enjoyed the flexibility that BOT has given me in my work life. I’ve met some amazing people and learned a lot about the london speciality coffee scene.
The application process can be frustrating if you don’t have enough of the right experience, but the BOT team are incredibly helpful and supportive.

Doesn’t get better than this
A perfect concept for coffee-passionate baristas who need a lil extra cash!! It’s also perfect for business owners who need cover in advance or last minute.
I was using BoT for about six months whilst I had some things going on. It was a mint way to make some quick money, in an industry I thrive in, met some awesome people and genuinely couldn’t recommend it enough.
The guys running it are super helpful and communicative, kind and genuine.
Despite having a full time job now, I still use the app from time to time to just to get some extra pocket money.
10/10 recommend!!!

Great community
I’ve used this app as a barista and it has been great for me. I also used baristas through the app when I used to manage a store over five years ago, and they always sent excellent staff- met some great people too.
Being a barista isn’t just about making a beautiful coffee and being able to dial in perfectly every morning. It is about life and death in the morning when customers are getting into work and didn’t to have that first cup of coffee: a cup of coffee for that sleep deprived parents who are desperate for civilised grown up conversation and that amazing cup of cure that literally makes them cry (because parenting is that hard!) THIS. is saving lives.🩻🩺📈
The company chooses (I think) baristas carefully so that they can rely on them showing up, being excellent, and friendly.

baristas on tap changed the game! as a freelancer I am able to fit shifts around studying and teaching, and every shop or cafe i’ve gone to has been lovely and welcoming. i love the flexibility, the respect for the profession, and how i have always felt super supported by the amazing team at BoT. they’re obviously incredibly committed to good coffee, and most importantly to making sure their baristas feel valued for their work.

Great app and service
Really great app experience and overall just a fantastic aid for the specialty coffee community. I’ve had several really enjoyable shifts and the ability to go freelance with coffee has been a game changer, and only possible with this app. Highly recommended for specialty baristas and shops!
