Hi, I’m eight years old and I think Vooks is a very lovely app for 2 to 8 years old. I’m home schooled and I enjoy Vooks, time table rockstars and IXL. I’m a fan of educational apps and you can be if you try to be. I usually watch Vooks or miraj stories if I get bored or if it is break time. No good but fun

Glitches and disappearing stories
I used to really love this for my son. Until they removed every single one of his favourite stories that he wanted to watch every night before bed. Goodnight goodnight construction site, Brave, and Super Truck to name a few. He and I were disappointed when one day we searched for them and they were no longer there. To boot, quite a few of the new releases do not play. I tried re installing the app and restarting my phone to no avail. I could not get those books to play. UK Version - very limited selection
Great app and concept but very disappointed in the number of titles available on the UK version. Not at all like what is advertised which must be aimed at US customers. We will be cancelling our subscription.Mom becomes Mum
Content change
We used to love Vooks. Then suddenly they dropped a ton of content in around June 2020. All of our favorite books were gone. It broke my sons heart. We aren’t the only ones missing certain titles. Read comments on any of their recent Instagram posts and everyone is complaining. The new content stinks compared to what they used to offer. Definitely not worth paying for now. We won’t be renewing. Good books gone
All my daughter’s favorite books have gone. Emailed the developer but no response received, seemed like they don’t care. So I unsubscribed.Mameaw
Has gone downhill in recent months
I subscribed to this app around 3 months ago and was so grateful as it provided my 4.5 year old with a way to read books independently. The titles available at the time were fantastic and he was able to save his own list of favorites.
In the last month, many of the popular books (including ‘Where the Wild Things Are’) were removed from the service and my son’s favorite list is now down to 3 books. We’ve tried to fill it again with the new content that has been made available but the ‘great’ books are now very few and far between. Perhaps it is a personal preference to the content but it doesn’t seem right to still advertise books that are no longer available.
