I ordered one for my sister and I loved doing it! I only had one issue with it and that was the writing, I wasn’t able to move it only make it bigger or smaller. I wanted it more centered to the book and I couldn’t move it so I had to deal with it being off the sideBrittNicolBratt

This app is terrible I wanted to get my boyfriend a photo book for Christmas downloaded the app in November and my photo book had been “processing” ever since!!!! It won’t let me cancel it if I try to to use the in-app help tab it says I can have a live chat but magically that doesn’t work either this is a horrible app and I will never use it again!!! 🤬Show lessxyz123abd

Spent time creating a book, selected photos and then was told to wait while the app was creating my book. It sent me to a screen and I never got the “notification” it promised when my book was ready. I can now see the book on my “bookshelf” but cannot purchase, edit or view the book. I considered starting new and now I can’t even get back to the screen to select a new book to create. Don’t waste your time.Show lessstj05
