Poor quality photos

I was so excited to get our wedding photos in a book it took a while to come and when it did the quality of the photos was poor!! These were photographs taken by a professional photographer downloaded high resolution were clear as day on the computer and didn’t flag up with quality issues when making the book and when it arrived half the pictures were grainy as hell. The only good thing was I made use of the half price deal otherwise I would not have been happy paying the full 78 pound it would’ve cost for that sort of quality
