Extremely Disappointing Experience – Avoid Mixbook
I ordered from Mixbook for the first time on December 2, 2024, spending $254.87 on personalized photo books. The order was delivered to the wrong address, and despite my repeated attempts to resolve this issue, I’ve been met with silence and frustration. I emailed Mixbook twice—on December 13 and December 16—and received no response.
The delivery company, UniUni, is no better. I spent 1 hour and 13 minutes on hold, sent them the requested photo of my home, and was promised a response within 24 hours, yet I heard nothing back. Meanwhile, my private photo books are out there at an unknown location, which is an unacceptable breach of privacy.
To top it off, Mixbook offered me $27.97 as compensation—completely inadequate for the stress, time wasted, and inconvenience caused. For a premium-priced service, I expected far better. This was my first time ordering with Mixbook, and it will certainly be my last.
