Suddenly stopped working couldn’t pair again the same device. Tried resetting multiple times. Charging via outlet. Hard resetting. No luck. Couldn't access footage via phone only taking out sd card.Titaniumqold

Ok for a while
Worked pretty well til latest iOS update, now it won’t connect at all. Hopefully they’ll get this fixed soon and I won’t have an expensive, useless camera on my hands
Also the antennae both broke after a short time and it’s not as tight a camera as it seems at first.Chriseparent

Live view stopped
I got this as a gift and set up before leaving the state for work for a few weeks. It was pretty clear video and I was able to yell at some cats that kept setting of the motion sensor. I realized after a day that my notifications weren’t blowing up for the camera like usual. It’s just a black screen now. Still says I’m online, but nothing else I can see. Can’t tell if battery dead, no clue it just shows an eye ball drawing. I had it fully charged a week ago and it’s also directly in the sunlight during the day. No clue what to do, no support. I also have a ring doorbell that’s online at my front door. So I know it’s not the wifi connection. I’m annoyed after reading the reviews about similar problems and not finding support to get help.Show lessFesa Anfluff
What is wrong
Every time I set the camera outside it don’t work its all slow and bugs out and show a loading screen but then when I bring it back inside it works it very interesting it works when it wants to not to happyHoneycutt12556677
This app is horrible & support is lacking
Support does not respond to emails! I had paid for cloud service and since my device was exchanged they didn’t transfer service with my email and app information! Now I am having issues with SD card format! I format it ant and still doesn’t show formatted or record! It’s horribleCristina Steel
Don’t waste your money!
I’ve only had it for about 3 months and some of the functions have stopped working, like the live view. I can only view recordings. The HD quality is ok but if you try to zoom, forget it, Super blurry. There’s a delay in capturing motion so you can miss some important content. Oh, and no customer service number/chat on the app. I wonder why! Spend a little more and get something that works well.Show lessmadasheck22
