  • Best insurance app

    Very easy to use and straightforward. I can manage my contract and do pretty much everything related to my insurance on this app. I wish I had all of my insurance policies with Luko and not deal with all the typical insurance hassle.
  • FRAUD COMPANY

    Dear Sir/Madam, your brand states "you are in good hands" - well, my claim was filed over 30 days ago and I have zero visibility into the € 1,450.00 that I had filed for the door lock vandalism/replacement for my flat in Paris, France.

    I have provided photos, police filed complaints, supporting docs etc. My experience has been horrible thus far with Luko Insurance and I would like to speak with a live agent on the status of my o/s claim.   • Horrible - Do NOT use

    I would not recommend this insurance to anyone. Not only does their application make submitting a claim MORE difficult, their customer service is absolutely unhelpful. I am still dealing with an unfinished claim from a flood in my apartment and doubt I will receive any clarity, assistance, or monetary compensation for the disaster. PLEASE, find an alternative insurance. Do not use Luko. Honestly, at this point I am not sure if this is even a valid, legally-practicing insurance agency.

  • Luko is not a real insurance agency

    This is a fake insurance agency. You may think you’re covered, but unfortunately you are not. I had water damage from my upstairs neighbors on the ceiling in my bathroom and the agency said it was because I didn’t keep the window open. They refused to send a specialist to look at I requested it multiple times. In fact, I uncovered a huge building issue that now the building is dealing with now and it wouldn’t have been their responsibility, but the building’s. But in the fact that they refused to do their part at all, and told me a specialist looked at it, sounds like they’re not equipped to deal with actual problems that may come up. Just be aware they will not do their part as an insurance agency and you will be stuck dealing with your issues on your own.
