Purchase error - please help

Hi,

Love your games! I just bought hearts medicine season 1 and had the ‘purchase successful’ notification but the rest of the levels have not unlocked despite restarting the game.

Thanks for your feedback. You can restore your purchase by clicking the Restore button. You can also “buy” it again so long as you are using the same account. Not unlocking

Just paid for a full game - up to level 6 and hasn’t unlocked it. FIX IT!!!

I am not sure what I can say, but that I’m a bit disappointed that your creative minds and dedicated time was not placed into a new character or epic storyline. You all have spent countless hours, I can’t even imagine and I’m grateful for another game, but I feel like we have been here before, you know? I’m sure it’s easier said than done, but how about a male lead or a different culture story set somewhere else in the world or even better yet start the character at a younger age that way their future games build up excitement to what’s next?! You got this, Gamehouse, I haven’t lost faith in you yet! (I just can’t purchase this game, it wouldn’t be worth it for me, I’m sorry.)

Fun game but needs to be more affordable

Loved playing the first 6 levels but can’t afford to play anymore, shame as I love playing through the hearts medicine games that you can continue to play for free by watching ads.

Love this remastered app!

For this game, I gave a solid 10 out of 10 app, but the GameHouse site have not made a separate “original 2010” and “remastered 2019”. Release the remastered Season One as a separate game and keep the “original one in 2010” soon!
