The Heart Beats Slow
I love all the Hearts Medicine games! I have played everyone and bought the full game when needed. But this one is just very slow running. I’m not sure if it my phone or the game but my touch doesn’t always register and I’m stuck tapping repetitively and losing hearts on my patients.
Levels are too long
I’ve just finished both Amber games and the latest sally game. Compared to those, this game seems slow and bland, there’s no extra “kick” to the levels. They drag on and on...when I feel like it should be done, the timer is only halfway thru. Then there’s just a bit of story. Also the music is the same two or three tunes and on some levels it seems to get stuck repeating the same two measures over and over.
I tried to like this game but I just couldn’t finish it. The story is not interesting enough and the gameplay too static.
I did like seeing the characters and I liked that it was back to the linear level layout. They can’t all be winners, and if it’s any consolation this game is not nearly as bad as Love Boat 2!

Too easy
I love all of the game house games. I’ve been a fan of all of their time management games all the way back to Diner Dash. I love the series of Heart Medicine but the series has always seemed too easy, this game especially. I’ve been playing it on expert level and it’s not challenging. I don’t have to replay any leaves, I always get 3 stars and the challenges aren’t really challenging at all. I enjoy the games where you mah have to replay a level or two to earn the 3 stars. I wish it was more challenging.

Ugh
I’ve purchased the full game but my levels haven’t unlocked. And it’s saying that I already purchased every time I tap buy. But I still haven’t gotten the full game yet. What’s going on?!
Too easy!!!!
I really used to like playing these games but it is getting very boring because they are too easy. Even on expert this game is like an 8 year old difficulty. The levels need to require multiple deliveries and cut down the time. I just don’t understand why they can’t make these harder to play. I don’t even buy the bonus items and it is still too easy. There is no urgency to win levels. The Maggie’s movies game was perfect as far as difficulty goes. Please try to make them harder!!!!!!!

It was okay
It was a good game. I was unable to complete the 12th bonus round where you get three diamonds. There is nothing to restock but that was the task to get the diamonds. No way to finish the game until they fix that level. Other than that I have completed all of the levels and thought it was decent but not near as good as the others. I felt like they didn’t put very much effort into the story line at all. Overall I’m slightly disappointed but it was an ok game to pass the time.

Love this game!
Now I remember why I love Gamehouse games! This one just plays smoothly, not too hard or too easy. Cute storyline, same characters we love, nice “heart”-warming plot! Sometimes I think the game developers just keep trying to outdo the last game when all we really want is the same as the games we love. (Now if you guys could redo my favorite, Emily’s Childhood Memories, that would be great!)
And to all the whining reviewers who are upset that you actually have to pay money to play, yep! That’s the way the real world works, game developers have to feed themselves and their families too!! Good Lord, I am so sick of reviews that nitpick every little thing or want something for nothing! Grow up!

Disappointment.
Quite upset with Gamehouse. I absolutely love all of the Hearts Medicine games and I was very disappointed. After the last Hearts Medicine came out I was expecting the layout to be similar with more mini levels and a very deep plot but I was thoroughly disappointed. The game tends to lag at checkouts and the characters don’t seem to be moving very fast. There was no plot depth in the first five episodes which lead me to believe there isn’t a plot development later on, therefor I didn’t purchase the game to continue on. This reminded me of a game that came out in 2009 based on the graphics and not a game that came out in 2019.
