Good thing that you can make a proper push ups, analyze it and then fill your number into some different application which you might already using. The push-up is one the best overall workout activity. FitCam has somehow encouraged me to log in almost daily and get a few push ups in. With more and more studies saying that even a few minutes of exercise daily could make a huge difference, I think FitCam is a winner.Stephanelevy1976
