  • If you have zero flexibility don’t bother

    I have chronic back pain and was hoping the stretches might help. But I can’t do any of the stretches it shows me even on day one because I cannot bend my body that way. Also it’s pay to play (or stretch I guess) you can watch an ad to do it but still the day ones are impossible and not beginner stretches.
