Simple and Effective

I have been using this app now for a couple of months and have noticed a real difference.

I have less lower back pain and a stronger core. I can stand fro sitting on the floor without using body propulsion or my hands.

Simple, easy I do like it. However, it could be improved Eg Best position’s explained for the exercises, exactly where to place hands. I like that you can skip an exercise
