    This video is easy to follow and my back felt better in 5 minutes. I’ve only spent a few minutes per day for a week and I have not felt this good in years. There is a bonus video about massage I have not tried yet. The stretches and back exercises work so well, I am surprised. **Updated app, much smaller file size with streaming videos**

    RX from Doctor did nothing . I tried this in desperation not knowing anything about gigong. Easy to follow and I'm feeling a lot better
