Reviews of HIT Log

  • Useless

The numbers you in, like weight and reps become invisible. The timer stops when you touch anything on the screen, not just the stop button. There is an ad after every exercise.
  • Effective, but too basic

I am using this as part of the body by science workout. It works well for it in the most basic form, however I feel this should be a free app with ads, and perhaps $1 in app purchase for ability to record statistics, view progress, and disable ads.

    Here is my wish list:
    -history/stats
-the 10s timer that beeps would be configurable (time interval as well as sound)
-Time counter display should be on the big button with a big font. I like the countdown, but would be nice to configure that too.

If I see movement on the wish list, my rating would be a 5*
  • Basic HIT workout recording

It's a very good but very basic app. Just the thing to time an HIT workout such as recommended in "Body by Science" among other workout books. Would be even better were it to keep a long term record of your workouts; as it is, it only remembers the last workout.
