If app continually crashes uninstall reinstall fixes it
Update after repetitive app crashes I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Logged in works great now! a watch That uses this app for the info. It was a great app with minimal flaws but as of today, all the app does is crash. I can’t access my data or add new data. Also sleep app stops monitoring sleep patterns once you’ve been up for 5 min. Worked well until latest software update
Had been enjoying my V19 device until the app was updated. Now the watch won’t connect to my iPhone. It says “have repaired.” I arranged to have the unit replaced and the replacement is doing the same thing. MorePro needs to better test their software updates. I’ve now got a second watch to send back unless they fix it in the next three days.Show lessmike on47
Doesnt sync since update
App and watch don’t sync since update. Also have 2 watches and data shown on both watches are miles apart.Dave Mapps
Terrible
Tried and tried and tried ! Never get a precise answer to my questions.
My husband and my watch don’t do what was advertised ! No accurate (that’s an understatement!) of miles and calories. Apparently this problem will be fixed in the next version. I was told to look out for that version ! NO mention when this would happen . Asked for a refund because I only purchased my watch in September and my husbands even later. Said that it still must be guarantee but they completely ignored this request several times ! Asking for dates about the next update of the latest version - again completely ignored ! Love the watch, in fact I ordered another one to give to my daughter as she is a runner I think she will like it too. One suggestion - The notifications email, SMS etc. disappear quickly or can be written over by multiple ones coming in. It would be nice to have a “notifications” page where you could see perhaps the last 5 notifications received. I recognize that the UI would limit that as there is only one button. Even just the last notification would be useful.

Nice app. I can’t find anywhere you can get this much in one device. I have used another watch that uses the Wearfit app. I just started using this, so I’m looking to see if these measurements match my stand alone blood pressure arm cuff, my oxygen sensor, etc. . I’d suggest that the settings should help the user get a history by the hour, or 15 minute intervals for o2, heart rates, blood pressure, etc. Comfortable!Show lessCitizenDave
Induction charging
I just saw an ad about induction charging an iPad and an iPhone. Can I use an induction charger on your moPro? This would eliminate having to remove your wrist band to charge your device. Note that I am old and have a hard time removing your wrist band. If I can’t use an induction charger, do you have a wristband removal tool for easier band removal?

There’s a problem with your sleep subroutine. It has been reporting no data on several occasions. It seems that when I awake before my scheduled entered awake time and check the sleep time, the watch clears memory. It is very disconcerting to see no data, as I am closely monitoring my vitals in search of th cause of my recent increase in blood pressure.

I just downloaded your latest software version. There seems to be a problem with you steps and heart rate displays. They don’t display data beyond 12 noon.

Love this watch
I just got this watch today the band is little to big for my wrist but I am glad I can adjust it. I put on the charger as soon as I opened it and did not take long to charge at all it connected to my iPhone XR with no problemjkhonts14
Great app, poor device
I love the app the dashboard. However, the first MorePro blue charger end broke off. I used my Fitbit then saw a good deal on water proof MorePro and ordered it. Second week condensation got inside the face of the device and didn’t light up, but it still communicated with the phone app. Yesterday when pulling it apart from the wrist bands, the opposite end of the charging portion broke and still remained in the wrist band. What Happened?
First I was disappointed because I thought it tracked blood pressure too along with O2. But I tried it anyway and it worked fine for a few weeks, then suddenly the app lost connection to the device and can’t find it anymore. The tracker is fully charged and even reads that it’s synced. Bluetooth is on the phone. Nothing has changed but the app. Lost all my recorded data because I even tried reloading the app. Nothing.Show lessBlue Tiara
