I was really happy when I purchased my MorePro, at the time it was recommended to use the HBand App which I was not too thrilled with until I came across the MorePro App.
The first time I used it, I was really thrilled with it as well as with the variety of options it has, but the first night it didn’t record my sleep info. This seemed to have fixed itself after the first night and I’ve been using the app every day with no problems till now. Since yesterday, when I open the app it prompts me to log in again and fill in all my info as if I was a first time user, info I have already filled in (age, weight, height etc) and when I’m done filling everything in, the app instead of starting, goes back to the log in page again, so I can’t get into the app since yesterday.
I hope this is just a bug and gets fixed immediately since I’m sure I’m not the only one with this problem.
Otherwise the product and the app are great, and will be even greater when I can use it again!
