Tons of tools and great rewards, but…

Let me be clear and say upfront that I really like the tools and variety of assets available on LBank. However, it’s not very user-friendly and I still don’t know to link a checking account or bank card to the platform. But I’m ok with simply being able to transfer (deposit/withdraw) crypto assets to other wallets/exchanges—I use other platforms to deposit fiat. The withdrawal fees, unfortunately, can be high so make sure you check the Fees page for current rates. Trading fees are actually competitive and even some of the available rewards can cover a good amount of trading fees through their rebate coupons earned. Take advantage of the onboarding rewards in your first 30-days. Then check out the staking rewards under Finance—the APY is better than most on many popular assets. I recommend for intermediate users; maybe not so much for new investors or tech-challenged. 4 stars for what it can do for you, but only if you know what you’re doing.

Bad App for trading and the worst customer service

I just started here a week ago then the problem started , you set up the limit and using the stop limit to buy my coins then when has been triggered on the price that i was selected, the coins still for 4 days not available on my wallet and try to talk to customer service every day morning and evening , they seems scam and they don't help , they just telling you we filed report to technical support team , and no one get back to you even by email , and some of the customer service agent the don't respect you and you wait till your turn on the que , then they just say hi and they leave , they don't reply to your text or anything . That's the worst ever , and i am really worry about my money and I think should to transfer it to different exchange app

I have lots my deposit and withdrawals on this app, stay away folks. I transferred some ethereum and I haven’t received any at the time of writing this post.
My issue was eventually resolved within 4 hrs. Instead whack a somewhat neutral opinion on this app.

what is the problem ?? it not working the app on ios ???? before the uptdate was good and now ….. the app dont even open!!!

Bad exchange with a very bad customer aupport

Called them about a coin I bought thru market order and I got filled more than 600% higher than the current price even the coin is very liquid.. They told me I got filled at a higher price because I used a Market order.. I should have been filled at The BEST AVAILABLE PRICE at market order and not at a price 600% higher.. and the sad thing is I got filled even the coin hasn't reached that price yet.. People use market order most of the time.. I got scammed..

App & Customer Service

I downloaded this app because a YouTuber suggested it. I transferred my funds to the app and now I have no funds. I tried messaging on the app and waited in the queue twice. No answer on one and someone said just be patient on the other. I’m deleting and not suggesting this app. I do have transcripts to prove everything I am saying.

I like it but with error on the new update. BUY CRYPTO Tab has a typo, “I want to spend” and “I want to buy” are backwards, we got confused at first but we figured it was a typo.

Lack of internationalization

I downloaded this app. Everything looked fine. I tried to create an account. After asking for my phone number, which I entered US style…it gave me a captcha screen….In chinese. How am I supposed to know what the captcha is asking? I don’t know chinese. Only English and Spanish.

best app

This is one of my favorite apps out there. you can buy any coin on market order . you dont have to wait for a buyer to sell your crypto L Bank sells right away for you and gives you the money thats for all crypto .wow
