This app crashes or doesn’t load. My client is being charged daily to use it by the doctors office. The login in always has issues.narcis23

I love Telehealer
Telehealer works wonderfully! The interface runs smooth and is easy to use. I can easily schedule my appointments with my doctor and the video visit is always available for me to review. I’m glad I can talk with my doctor on a platform that actually abides by HIPAA. I had a question about connecting with my doctor and was fortunately able to use the support tool to quickly receive help from a sweet girl. Im glad that apps like these exists!Show lessParth Desai

Cant load two telehealers for different people. cant load file of historic med data like weight or blood pressure calendar for appointments doesnt reach out to several months. Finally, when Dr called at appointment time the call didnt reach me but Facetime was perfectly good.apphatertoo

Hello Apphatertoo, We understand your concerns with the app and would like to get more feedback on how we can further improve. This application is designed to only load one patient's profile at a time for security reasons. If you would like to add a second account you would have to sign out and sign in with the second patient's credentials. The historic med data (vitals) is created by the data entry that you have done on your phone. If you have not entered any numerical figures in that section a file cannot be generated. As far as scheduling is concerned please contact your doctor's office if you have any questions or preferences, make sure your notifications are turned on to avoid missing your doctor's call. Telehealer recommends that patients should be ready and on the app at least five minutes prior to their appointment time to ensure the physician remains on schedule. Many of the issues you faced can be addressed using Telehealer’s support services. We are glad you were able to FaceTime your doctor, however, as a legitimate Telehealth platform we must take certain precautions to uphold both safety and security for both patients and doctors.
