I have tried to load this app more than 15 times and it cuts out at 89.7% all the time. My iPhone is up to date with operating system and I have plenty of storage, not sure what else to domarkneilc
Not a very useful planning tool
You’ve got to be on the boat for most of the content to even work. Very little useful info for planning a trip or most importantly what you might see/ experience on a trip. Not worth the time.college bound parent
APP crashes

Doesn’t work
The iOS version doesn’t work. Keeps loading over an over. Sometimes asks for a wi-fi connection, and mine is connected, but no difference. The loading process starts over and over.skrunning
Too Edgy for us
Vacationed on the Edge December 16/18...suite class...very disappointed...embarkation thru disembark...service not up to par...specialty restaurants NOT special...entertainment lacking...and the “magic carpet “was mostly closed or reserved for private functions...we will not choose this class of ship for future cruise(s)...we typically cruise 3 or 4 times annually...sorry Lisa...you missed the boat with this one!Show lesswinterpalm

Very long download time, only the intro is playable. Perhaps you have to be on board to make the rest of the app workable.Susierailroad
