Once upon a time the app worked and I could read the daily paper on my phone. Since the disruption in service and the introduction of a new platform, it has never been the same.
I’m tired of the daily challenges just to read my paper. You’ve made things more complex. I don’t need these frustrations.
I will be canceling my subscription. It’s not worth the $10 a month to start each morning getting frustrated and angry.Customer no service
After trying for several days to open my ePaper without success, I wrote to customer service and still have not received a reply.
I have tried again today. If I hear nothing back I will cancel my digital subscription. Why pay for a blank screen?Developer Response
