Just A Pitiful Attempt To Sell A Paper
Once upon a time the app worked and I could read the daily paper on my phone. Since the disruption in service and the introduction of a new platform, it has never been the same.
I’m tired of the daily challenges just to read my paper. You’ve made things more complex. I don’t need these frustrations.
I will be canceling my subscription. It’s not worth the $10 a month to start each morning getting frustrated and angry.Daily RED not Read
Customer no service
After trying for several days to open my ePaper without success, I wrote to customer service and still have not received a reply.
I have tried again today. If I hear nothing back I will cancel my digital subscription. Why pay for a blank screen?10556iswhatitcost

App breaks down often
The only thing that works with regularity is the taking of my $9.99 each month. I have a Apple phone and even when logged in, I can’t access the stories. You try to restore your subscription and it says you don’t have one. I’ve cancelled before for the same reason and it looks like we are heading in that direction again.Papal Father
Doesn’t Work
The phone app works great but this one not so much. The content is presented in a completely different way and it’s not as comprehensive at the phone app. I contacted them and left a message and haven’t gotten a response.Sidell Tilghman
