Reviews of PT Fit Works

  • Difficult to track progress

Use this app at my corporate gym. And while I can log the exercise, the weight used and the reps when I work out- when I move to the next day or the next time, & do that same exercise, I can’t see what weight or number of reps I did the previous time the only way I found to do it is to exit my current workout, backing all the way out and then going and looking up that exercise the previous time I did it then going to the current work out and logging that information. This makes it really difficult to track my progress. Disappointed.
