Device nice, app just plain stupid
You have to press the button on the back of the device to connect it to the app EVERY TIME YOU WANT READ THE SENSORS IN THE APP!!! Who thought it was a good idea to make a remote access app not be usable remotely? SMH.
Horrible customer service.
I downloaded the app and managed to get through the slightly difficult registration process. That accomplished nothing. I never even got to the app screens. Removing and reloading the app didn’t help. I called the Temtop support phone number which said that they weren’t taking calls. After that, I got a message saying that their inbox was full. Since I couldn’t leave a message, I sent an email. After several days of emailing back-and-forth and accomplishing nothing, I gave up. Without the app, the device is nearly useless. I can’t even set the time. Nice device. Horrible customer service!

Cannot sign in to app
I received the unit today, downloaded the app, successfully registered but cannot scroll down to select what I assume says login!
Worse than useless if you cannot enter the app.

I rely on this app and my Temtop meters/sensor devices to help me navigate addressing indoor air quality in my urban home. It's a vital part of my healthcare following a chemical exposure injury that leaves my nervous system vulnerable to VOCs and certain airborne particulates.
The developers have vastly improved this app in the past several months, providing easier connectivity and more features.
I have also had a lot of questions for the customer service and tech folks at Temtop over time, and they have been fantastically helpful and very personable.

Extremely poor user experience
App is so slow, takes ages to load. Didn't know you had to hold in the power button to turn it on instead of just pressing it once. Can't change my units to celsius as the app is loading for ages even after closing and retrying multiple times

Worked one day. Then nothing. I am returning the unit.
App registration problems
Just spent a small fortune on monitoring devices, trying to set up the app. What a nightmare, it asks for username, so I put one in it says username format error, there is no help or instructions with this app. Tried calling the company no answer, tried using the chat no answer. What do you do after spending hundreds of pounds on devices just sit and wait and hopefully someone will get back to you.

Not bad once connected
Double clicking the unit button connected the WiFi after many failed attempts - now working great
