Needs more sorting/customizable options
The app is getting extremely cluttered with seasons of old shows and Hallmark Movies Now. I wish there was an option to remove from the My List section the things you don’t care about and just keep what you want to watch on there. Also, it would be fantastic if all categories could be filtered by “want to watch” and what hasn’t been added to the list yet instead of defaulting to what you have watched first and needing to scroll alllllll the way through hundreds to the bottom to see what hasn’t been added to the list to the watch list yet because it’s new to the app (Hallmark Movies Now additions are not showing in “recently added” and the numbers change daily). Also would be nice for the option to decline a movie or show and it just drops off into a different category and not stuck in the list impacting your have/have not watched list.

Not a real iPad app
This is an iPhone app blown up for the iPad. A real iPad app has a landscape mode that uses the screen effectively. I use a keyboard with my iPad and portrait is cumbersome at best, ridiculous when trying to enter text. Other than that this app has some really good features but is still wanting. I watch Hallmark+ on an Apple TV and that app is horrible—and the latest release took away the full list of all moves. This is the only place I can see all the movies that are available to stream and I love that. But, as with every Hallmark app I’ve used, from Roku to IOS to AppleTV, you see it the way they want you to see it, not the way you want to. This one is the best of the rest by far, but still handles the lists awkwardly. When I mark a movie as “watched”, it goes to a different list! I can mark a favorite, but can’t view just my favs. It needs to be a single list that can be filtered to display only what I want to see. That complete list I like is less useful if I choose to mark movies as watched because now it’s 2 lists. This is basic app stuff, not rocket science.

Issue browsing movies in collections
The developers have done a lot to really improve this app and it’s looking really great, but there is still one lingering issue that makes me crazy. I like to scroll through the different movies in the app to see which ones I might want to watch next. What is annoying is that if I click on a movie to read it’s summary and reviews, when I return to the list, it takes me back to the top of the list instead of returning me to the part of the list where I had left off. This is incredibly frustrating. This does not occur when I’m scrolling through the horizontal lists of images showing me a subset of movies in a collection, rather this occurs when I’m scrolling through the vertical lists of all movies within a particular collection.

We adore this high-tech organization for die hards
We’ve had this app for years, absolutely love it, it gets us so organized for all of our viewing, we love the categories, love the seen vs not seen; don’t understand what anybody’s complaints are! I was shocked to see a 3 ⭐️ average in the App Store so went in and read the - ones and these people are either tech challenged or just not getting it lol honestly this app is nothing but an organization gift for any true Hallmark 👑groupie like my daughter & I 👩👧We love this app thank you so much for providing it! It rocks! Only negative thing I could say (which isn’t even) is oh my gosh how many Christmas 🎄 movies do they make & who are the people who have time to watch them all lol we focus on the category groups that are attainable to complete.

Great for Hallmark Movie Lovers!
This is the perfect way to make sure you see all the new movies and series Hallmark has to offer each year and/or season. For those newer fans, all the older stuff is included. Plan your weekend or staycation or family time with the helpful next showing or premiere dates and times. The only thing I’d love to see in the app is the ability to sort the watched from the unwatched - Hallmark Developers, might you add this feature? Would be an excellent Christmas gift this year 😉

Needs some rearranging
I love the app as it gives me the perfect way to keep up with all the movies I WANT to watch instead of all the ones I HAVE watched. With that being said, it goes from the ones I’ve checked to the ones I watched and ones that I’m still trying to see especially the premieres. I now have to literally scroll forever through all the movies I’ve watched to even see the other movies I want to check through. Once you click on one, it then takes you all the way back to the top of the list. So frustrating!!!! Maybe it’s me, but it would make more sense to keep all the movies already seen at the bottom of the list…please consider this change.

Fun and will hopefully get better
I loved this app last Christmas! I’m happy they have a year long version now. Few suggestions: - 100% agree with date sort especially if they sort outside the categories - I linked the wrong calendar and can’t seem to change it. Please add the setting for us to choose or adjust - create a “ignore”/“no thanks”/“not interested” flag. - combine the Christmas categories. I love that they’re by channel but July shouldn’t be it’s own category, especially since they’re duplicated. New this year should be. Move to old ones out to a generic “Christmas” or “spring” themed category.

Check Off List
Hello Hallmark Lovers! I love Hallmark channel, movies, mysteries and everything Hallmark. I especially love the check off list as I have been trying to catch up by watching all the shows and keeping current.
Today or some time in the last week they dropped all the Hallmark Movies Now shows into the Check off list. Love it!
But one thing would make it fantastic and give this app a 5 star rating from me. PLEASE fix the following issue with the list. I didn’t check the “I want to watch all the Hallmark Movies Now “ as I had already had so many checked off and thought it was a glitch saying I had over 200 to still watch. So I said I’d check them off myself. HUGE mistake! When you click on a title to check it needs watched, to out it on my need to watch list, or click it to say you’ve watched it, the list goes automatically back to the beginning of the whole list! That’s over 500 titles! If I’m in the middle or end or anywhere away from the first of the alphabet you are scrolling forever!
Can this PLEASE get fixed. I’m sure others don’t have the time to sit for hours and scroll the whole list just to put the titles on our lists if we choose to check each title ourselves.
Otherwise I Love this app and Hallmark

Why are only some movies on checklist?
I was so glad when I found this checklist but when as time goes on and I see you are adding things such as series and episodes and this was supposedly to track the movies it is frustrating because movies that have either recently played on Hallmark or added to on-demand are not on added yet you keep putting more information that I wonder if then more things which won’t ever be up dated. These movies have either played live or added to on demand recently but are not on the movie checklist to name a few. Away & Back, My Gal Sunday, A Place for Annie, Back when we were grownups, Little John and Love Unleashed. Is there a reason why some movies are included but others are not?

Wish it was more user-friendly…
I enjoy this app, although the newest update (October 2021) makes it crash. I’m sure that’s just temporary, but Hallmark seems to keep fixing it until it’s broken. I wish they’d push their TV series to their own tab and not lump them in with the movies for “completion” purposes. The reminders are great, but the app version earlier in the year was more user-friendly to see all the categories on the homepage and not have to pick and choose and seek out the category needed. Overall, I use it often and when the newest version is corrected, I’ll continue to use it.
