Can’t even open the app!
I have to delete and reload the app every time I want to use it. Will be deleting and asking doctor to send test results the old school way. Much easier to drive back up to the office than to use this app.rpeekaboo11
This app is a waist of time
I downloaded this for medical reasons because this is what they use. It will not even open on my phone it’s not even in my settings and I had a hard time trying to open it on the app that you have on your phone. This app needs to be updated badly I wish I did not even have to give it a star because it’s not even worth one!!!!!Show lessMaurineAnn
Horrible App

HORRIBLE
I use this app for my IVF specialists office and this is how I stay up to date with the latest info so I don’t have to go in every single day. This app always crashes, I’ve maybe logged on successfully three times in almost an entire year of trying to use it.KaleighDOwens

Fix the Bugs!
I can’t use this app without it crashing. When I try to reopen it instantly crashes over and over and I have to delete the app and redownload it to get it to work. It only works the first time then it will crash again, so I have to delete and redownload. This been going on for months please fix this it’s ridiculous.Show lessmckenc12
Crash - App Doesn’t Work

Crashing not usable
My experience was the same as the first reviewer’s. The app crashes and will not open it’s not able to be used. I’m not sure why doctors are picking this? It should be deleted and reworked until it is usable.Delete?problem
