I downloaded ZenGo just to have a look at it; I'm already entirely happy with Trust Wallet, but I still occasionally have a look at other wallets just to make sure there isn't something out there that would work even better for me. I didn't actually use ZenGo at all, but only began setting up an account before I realized I wasn't going to be able to change the hideous teal color that appears throughout the UI. So I can't speak to the functionality of the app as I have already, after about two minutes of poking around, deleted my account and will be deleting the app for no other reason than the sheer ugliness of it all. I was so impatient to carry out necessary research but i really wanted to jump on the crypto trading and investment buzz. Unfortunately for me, I invested 75,650 USD worth of bitcoin with a fraudulent company. I was happy to watch my account grow to 262,800 USD within a couple of weeks. But i didn’t realize i was dealing with a scam company, until i tried to make an attempt to withdraw. I made a withdrawal request, and noticed my account was suddenly blocked for no apparent reason. I tried contacting customer support, but all to no avail. I needed my money back at all cost, because i could not afford to let it go. So i tried all possible means to make sure i recovered my scammed bitcoin. I did a lot of online search for help, and tried to see if there were other people who had any similar experience. I don’t believe that you are real customers using the app. I am pretty sure that all of you are working for some other app company that makes wallets because the feedback I read on all of the 1* comments are not true, but complete and utter lies. This is the most flawless of every single wallet I’ve used and I’ve used every single wallet, including the ones that came out yesterday! I do try them constantly, and I use them, and I report my findings to an association, one that judges the rock solid wallets like this one! Many don’t even get recognized. I will say, this is by far the best, and most secure. It is one of the most friendly and easiest to use! But most importantly it is accurate and the best for your investment! It may not have all the options and the bells and whistles that Coinbase,or Binance, or the advertising that Trust Wallet and all them other big names do, but you don’t even have to pay for the service, if you do NOT have a ZenGo wallet, get real. Deposit $100. Watch how your $100 is still $100 unlike cashapp, and when you send $50 to gamble, shop, or to a friend, watch how zengo only takes less than a percent on most of your transactions! Worst App I’ve used
So I used this app while mining ETH back in the day. Recently I wanted to diversify my account. So I went to sell my ETH to transfer to my already linked bank account. First they made me transfer my ETH to BTC and charged a fee I guess I can’t sell ETH on their site. Then when I went to withdraw my BTC I was told I had to use the moonpay site and link my bank account through there. No instruction just close this page and link account. So I signed up for moonpay even though I didn’t want to. Clicked around on the site for a few minutes and couldn’t find where to go. I ask ZenGo support for step by step instruction on how to get my money transferred to my bank which has already been linked to their site. And I get this response from Jacabo “please complete linking your bank account from moonpays website”. They didn’t even have the common decency to use capitalization and punctuation in there response.

When buying, I was faced with long disputes with my bank because they labeled the transactions as fraud (finding out why later). Once I get past my bank, I’m faced with waiting a minimum of 5hrs for the transaction to process with a transaction limit, so day trading is not an option. Once I wanted to sell, my “daily transaction limit has been exceeded” even though I haven’t added any funds or traded/sold anything else except that one deposit I made. A month later and I STILL am having the same issue, but when I contacted support, the only thing they said was they’re having problems right now and to use another method other than moonpay…..so you’re telling me you’ve been having issues with selling for weeks? That doesn’t sound right to me. And moonpay is the only way to sell, I spent 20 minutes trying to find the other ways but had no avail. Either a dev needs fired or this is a scam. Didn’t deposit much, so they can keep it, I don’t care anymore, I’m just worried this will happen to other people. If I could give a 0 star I would. If you’re reading this, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else like Coinbase or something.Show lessBlue0rang3

Don’t get tired of investing in BTC because of the recent price fluctuations, I know they can sometimes be frustrating but you just have to endure it. Seeing that the crypto space has been getting newcomers and most of them who are without proper understanding usually tend to lose a lot of money as a result of ignorance. Be warned, you can’t just put a little bit in his wallet, had a little bit of bitcoin, and try to transfer it out, and was denied because I need to have x-amount in there which is way more than I was going to put into it, also had Tether in here as well, as I needed to pay something, won’t let me send to another wallet without buying Ethereum to pay for fees…. Which they don’t even tell you how much you have to buy…. No other wallet or exchange that I know of does this…. Can’t sell or trade any of it either because you’ve got to have a large amount to do this, and no where do they mention it, so now all my Crypto in this Zengo wallet is completely held hostage until I can put away larger amount in to just simply get it out… As far as I’m concern is the total scam wallet….Show lessstive100

In amy wallet you always need enough to cover network fees to make a transaction. this is not a ZenGo policy but hiw blockchains work. Same thing with tether and eth.Will not help access account
This app is NOT safe. I had issues with my phone and if Apple doesn’t back up then they do literally nothing to get your account/funds. I can’t login and they CAN see it’s backup but apparently can’t do anything to help me login without the file they CAN see but is missing from my phone. They will not do anything to make sure you have access to your own money. It feels like this app is a scam and just takes your moneyShow lessC.J2020
