The app is very user friendly. The spend, setUp, it is almost similar to Cash App but definitely has more features for buy, sell, trade and send coins. Not to forget, their prompt response trough in app chat. I am very happy I came across this app for all my Crypto needs. Excellent Customer Support!!0

Fabulous site!
ZenGo is the best site I’ve found for trading Bitcoin. It has LIVE people who are always available to help via chat. I’m not a technical wizard so I get frustrated. Difficult to navigate
This may be an excellent app to use, but going through so many different sources to purchase Bitcoin, or any type of crypto, is a bit foolish. To me anyway. I fully understand security, but to this date, I have yet to figure out how to navigate this website to do much of anything. Let me just start off with a purchase crypto frequently through a variety of platforms. ZenGo and its affiliated partners are hands down the best. From fee cost, timing, customer service, back office, just top to bottom amazing and very helpful staff. They have a variety of currencies to purchase, withdrawal, exchange, etc. Easy, quick and convenient. If you are looking for a place I recommend these guys all the way. They rock!Show lessLRW518
One time experience
Was confused about an email asking about a deposit fee to get transactions. I have never used this app but it seemed weird (someone was “sending me” money) so I went to customer support. Took a screenshot of the email only to find out it was a fake email Ouriel helped me notice that and I am glad I went to him first before doing anything else. He was very nice even when I was dumb. :) I won’t be using this app but the customer service is great!Show lessgin1ger

I never had any experience better than with Zengo team. They are all about problem solving for customer rather than talk. Will always support them for this hopefully they never change this attitude.Pohthedragon
He worked on it all day!
Gaurav with ZenGo dealt with me all day today.
There were 2 issues and only one was getting dealt with.
Gaurav stuck with me all day patiently, until he had me send him a screen shot of my problem.
He then understood what the problem was.
In the morning he fixed my first issue much sooner than it would have been done. Then after the screen shot. My second problem was fixed immediately.
He earned his money with me today and stayed very patient and happy.

Upfront fees, less surprises
Sometimes I’m very surprised at how quickly the transaction complete, other times I’m waiting for hours. I’ve learned when using Zen girl do you have the foresight to purchase before I find myself in need of making a crypto transaction. It’s very easy to understand and great for a beginner like me. Promises more than it Delivers
I set up, sent my coin and got ready to exchange it for the coin I wanted to swap and was shocked not only at the fee involved there, but what it cost me to send my coins to this wallet (not that they charged a transaction fee but at how much it cost given the fact that I could not accomplish what I wanted to with their promised features), from my other wallet and then now, again back to my home wallet since I could not accomplish my desired trade nor could I seamlessly send money back to my bank account as promised. . . All in all, it cost me $45 to learn this lesson. I won’t be back. Even though I am leaving a fraction of my ETH in this wallet, as they told me to send too much . . .more than I actually needed to send my original coin back to my primary wallet. . . .all in all, not a happy camper here. Addendum: So it appears this chap thinks I am a newbie to the Crypto space for instead of the seasoned veteran I am. The point which he missed is that I cannot make deposits or withdrawals from their platform to my own offline bank as they suggest in their p.r. And they say that feature is “coming” in the future. As stated before, had I know that, I would not have wasted my time and money in their system at present. Hopefully that will change in the months and years to come but at present it is only a promise. Nada mas!!! 8-(

Sending any coins to any wallet or service cost fees on any service. The description of your experience is not representing what is really happening and we suggest you do more research before using a blockchain serviceCrashes every time when I open the app.
Well, I don’t have a good experience with the app. First of all, whenever I created my first account, it sent me a magic email to login but the first email was broken (I clicked immediately after the verification email came but doesn’t worked) then I clicked on resend email and the second email worked fine. But the problem wasn’t there, when I almost completed the setup process it force closed. I reopened the app but again force closed. Tried almost hundreds of times but every time it closes after 1~2 secs. I don’t know what it happening. I’m using the latest iPhone 12 with latest IOS version.Show lessTanjid Ahmed
