Hideous

I downloaded ZenGo just to have a look at it; I'm already entirely happy with Trust Wallet, but I still occasionally have a look at other wallets just to make sure there isn't something out there that would work even better for me. I didn't actually use ZenGo at all, but only began setting up an account before I realized I wasn't going to be able to change the hideous teal color that appears throughout the UI. So I can't speak to the functionality of the app as I have already, after about two minutes of poking around, deleted my account and will be deleting the app for no other reason than the sheer ugliness of it all. Yecchh.

I was so impatient to carry out necessary research but i really wanted to jump on the crypto trading and investment buzz. Unfortunately for me, I invested 75,650 USD worth of bitcoin with a fraudulent company. I was happy to watch my account grow to 262,800 USD within a couple of weeks. But i didn’t realize i was dealing with a scam company, until i tried to make an attempt to withdraw. I made a withdrawal request, and noticed my account was suddenly blocked for no apparent reason. I tried contacting customer support, but all to no avail. I needed my money back at all cost, because i could not afford to let it go. So i tried all possible means to make sure i recovered my scammed bitcoin. I did a lot of online search for help, and tried to see if there were other people who had any similar experience. I stumbled upon a cryptocurrency forum were a couple of people mentioned that they had been through the same process but were able to recover their lost cryptocurrency, funds with the help of an expert Alexcybertech01 At gmailcom. So i file a report and he was able to help me get back all my lost funds withing two weeks i feel indebted to him. Apart from trying to express my gratitude to them once again using this medium, I will recommend anybody who wants to recover scammed bitcoin, stolen cryptocurrency, funds lost to binary options forex, investment and any other form of online scam , reach out to Alexcybertech01 via gmail

No good for Canada

They sure are able to take your money and advertise you can do everything in Canada but you can’t withdrawal your money unless you have us bank account and address maybe that’s somthing you should of stated before getting people to buy

Worst support

I’ve never experienced worse support in my life. I had an issue with a purchase not arriving after my money was taken.
The officer didn’t read half of my messages, wouldn’t respond for 30 minutes at a time, and provided no assistance throughout the 4 HOURS I was on with them. Refused to transfer me to other officers, did not show any desire to help, and I still haven’t got my money back or my order fulfilled.
Avoid at all costs.

I don’t believe that you are real customers using the app. I am pretty sure that all of you are working for some other app company that makes wallets because the feedback I read on all of the 1* comments are not true, but complete and utter lies. This is the most flawless of every single wallet I’ve used and I’ve used every single wallet, including the ones that came out yesterday! I do try them constantly, and I use them, and I report my findings to an association, one that judges the rock solid wallets like this one! Many don’t even get recognized. I will say, this is by far the best, and most secure. It is one of the most friendly and easiest to use! But most importantly it is accurate and the best for your investment! It may not have all the options and the bells and whistles that Coinbase,or Binance, or the advertising that Trust Wallet and all them other big names do, but you don’t even have to pay for the service, if you do NOT have a ZenGo wallet, get real. Deposit $100. Watch how your $100 is still $100 unlike cashapp, and when you send $50 to gamble, shop, or to a friend, watch how zengo only takes less than a percent on most of your transactions! Best of all if your money is lost your covered as long as it wasn’t your fault! No one does that!

Reflecting like BTC

Worst App I’ve used

So I used this app while mining ETH back in the day. Recently I wanted to diversify my account. So I went to sell my ETH to transfer to my already linked bank account. First they made me transfer my ETH to BTC and charged a fee I guess I can’t sell ETH on their site. Then when I went to withdraw my BTC I was told I had to use the moonpay site and link my bank account through there. No instruction just close this page and link account. So I signed up for moonpay even though I didn’t want to. Clicked around on the site for a few minutes and couldn’t find where to go. I ask ZenGo support for step by step instruction on how to get my money transferred to my bank which has already been linked to their site. And I get this response from Jacabo “please complete linking your bank account from moonpays website”. They didn’t even have the common decency to use capitalization and punctuation in there response.

I ended up transferring my money to Coinbase and am closing my account.
