Easy way to use Apple Pay for crypto
The fees aren’t the lowest (but by no means unfair or overpriced) but the reason why I love this app versus Coinbase, Binance, etc. is you can use Apple Pay with this app! There is only one other app that lets you buy with Apple Pay (can’t remember the name - Google it if you’re interested, that’s how I found this app) but the fees here are better.
Another big plus for this app is you can buy crypto immediately after installing with Apple Pay and (I think) with a debit/credit card too. I only used Apple Pay and had to provide very little information - took less than 5 minutes before I had a purchase pending. From there it took 10-15 minutes and the BTC is there!
Finally, this app doesn’t gouge you when you want to transfer your coins to another wallet. Sometimes exchanges will charge higher than normal fees as a way to make additional money. Cost me less than $2 to send my approximately $160 worth of BTC to my cold storage wallet. Overall this app is great.
PS: in all fairness, if you’re willing/able to wait for your coins - use Coinbase - they have the absolute cheapest fees for buying crypto but they have to verify you before you can start buying/selling. Good luck my fellow cryptonians, may we see each other @ the moon 🚀🚀🚀🚀🚀🚀🚀🚀🚀Show lessdraxxus9801
Sam is a Godsend
Sam is truly a Gifsend to me today! I had made a purchase that was hung up for quite some time. With his diligence and hard work, he was able to get my transaction purchased and my loved one is able to come home today from a 5 month trip! A big THANK YOU to you Sam! Great Customer Service, But Wishes Fees Were Not So High (MoonPay’s Fault)
I had a great experience with the customer service representatives at ZenGo. It took an abnormally long time for my order to get processed for some reason, but the customer service representative that helped me, Sam, throughout the middle of the night, was very reassuring and yet still took the matter seriously. Although there was no actual technical issue involved, the team of customer service representatives really still give me the attention and reassurance that I really crave when having to wait for something that is out of my hands.
My only complaint at this point with the ZenGo is that MoonPay, the company involved with managing ZenGo’s fees and those types of issues, does charge quite a bit so it’s difficult sometimes to decide what I should deposit knowing that there is a lot of potential to pay higher fees if you make little deposits more frequently, which means you need to make a bigger deposit less frequently, which I am not always as comfortable doing. However, in terms of their customer service and the way you can chat one on one with someone when you are experiencing an issue, is a really positive point, especially for a more anxious person like me.Show lessAnnamarie40985
“Magic link” doesn’t work
I appreciate they try to make the UX easier by using magic link, but what if the link doesn’t work? What if it takes too long to receive the link? What if the email land in the wrong folder thus no notification? What do I do if I click the link and it doesn’t work?? All of the above happened to me and I couldn’t signup and uninstall the app right away. Especially for a crypto app, access to my account is a priority. I work in the mobile app industry and the magic link approach is already proved to be bringing more trouble than what the Ux designer think it benefits the average user. Replace your head of design with someone has technology background and able to make the right compromises. Never zengo for me.Show lesswenxin3262

There’s a very bad problem with this app I downloaded a big ago so I’ve made an account and I was about to deposit some crypto but I decided to download it on my other second phone and iPad and when I input my email and got a link to log in it said “welcome back and you got new wallet address but don’t worry you didn’t have any funds” now that was rude but the weird thing is that it has my same “email address and face map security for two different account really bad”Show lessjerry:258
The perfect app for Crypto beginners
I own a hardware wallet and was trying to help my friend see how everything worked and at the end they ultimately thought everything was too confusing. So I did a quick search for beginner Bitcoin apps and this caught my eye immediately! Setup is a BREEZE and it is probably the most user friendly Crypto app I’ve ever used. I can’t buy with Apple Pay
Earlier I was looking for any app that can give me an easy access to buying crypto by paying with Apple Pay because of my region and I came across ZenGo and it says boldly that you can buy crypto using Apple Pay but when I did all my registration, the methods did not include Apple Pay. I tried with the live chat but there was no response and I want to know if there is other ways going about it to pay with Apple Pay thank you.

To pay with Apple Pay you need to have an Apple Pay enabled card on your device. Once this is the case the option will show. Happy to helpOutstanding customer service.

THE place to go for btc!!
ZenGo makes transactions so easy! I have had 2 roadblocks with Moonpay verification process to finalize a transaction. The very capable ppl at ZenGo resolved it quick and efficient!!
