This wallet is amazing and extremely simple to use. the support team is responsive and knowledgeable. By far the best option for storing my coins off an exchange and not need a hardware wallet (goodness, the stress!). Transferred my BTC Easily and Quickly
I just transferred my BTC from Coinbase to ZenGo for the first time and the process was easy, smooth and quick. As soon as I completed the transfer from Coinbase, I received a push notification from ZenGo to let me know my BTC transfer was in a pending status. Within a few minutes it was verified and completed, and I could see all the transaction details (block #, height, size, fees, etc.) from Blockstream. I also had a question so I used ZenGo support via the embedded chat feature within the app. A rep answered all my questions right away and was super knowledgeable and professional.
