  • App doesn’t work

    Tried to pair 2 gen 3 speakers for an event and it does not work at all. Tried on 2 phones nothing will work.
  • Would give 5 stars

    But they got rid of the custom EQ profiles and dumbed it down its now garbage and i just use there settings witch always do a little to much bass inside or outside

    You want the best portable speaker and not to mention the best app to customize the sound, you’ve found the right place.
  • App Update is Terrible

    The app was perfectly fine and now it’s a headache to manage multiple speakers. I have 6 soundboks. Before the app update I could pair all of them instantly no problem. I was even able to change the base mode simultaneously with the press of one button. Now it’s nearly impossible to pair the speakers with the app unless you’re constantly turning things on and off & now you have to change the base mode on each speaker 1 by 1 even if they’re all paired up. Please update this and fix it!!

  • Finally an APP Update!

    I have 3 SondBoks speakers….x2 v3’s. x1 GO.
    They would disconnect reguarly. Pairing worked like 70% of the time. During a party, the music ALWAYS stopped. And I had to re-pair them. And it was embarrassing. I upgraded firmware. Which, I might add, needs to be done like ALL the time. And it takes forever.

    With the new APP. I have not ran into the issues I did previously. Looks like they got their act together. Even if it took 2 years lol

  • Happy with new Update!

    The refreshed app interface is so much worse.
    Cannot believe they ditched the old interface that worked and had the controls you need accessible. There are so many changes they made that are now inferior.

    Total step in the wrong direction.

  • Pathetic

    This app is useless. I have over a thousand apps , but this is the only one the that does NOT work in landscape. (Eg when the phone or iPad is on its side. These people who designed it really have no idea at all. The app is totally useless if you shut down or there is a power outage.. Then you have repurchase the app from App Store , then reregister. Then the people at. Soundboks want details that take hours of searching to find. The Speaker itself is not bad, although I have better speakers that cost much less. The support is really weak. I waited weeks for a reply from them. Then their solution was so complex that a professor couldn’t figure it out. Never again will I purchase anything from these people. Save your money, it is rubbish

Regarding your comment about the app being totally useless: like Spotify, Apple Music, Tidal, Shazam etc., we have not designed our app to support landscape mode. We're sorry to hear that you can't use your speaker because of this. You can always return your speaker free of charge within 30 days of purchase or rotate your phone.

  • NEW SOUNDBOK 3 NOT WORKING

    WHEN MY SPEAKER ARRIVED THATS THE ONLY TIME IT WORK AFTER THE UPDATE.TRY TURNING IT ON THE NEXT DAY NO POWER OR SPEAKER NOT TURNING ON.BATTERY WAS AT FULL,TRIED IT WITH BATTERY AND POWER CORD AT THE SAME TIME NOTHING COMES ON.SHOULD'VE STICK TO MY ORIGINAL BRAND MY FIRST TIME BUYING SOMETHING SO SO SO EXPENSIVE BUT NO ONE TO TALK TO TO HELP OUT SMH.
