Don’t know how to contact customer support
Initial evaluation test placed me on a higher level than I am actually in and I don’t know how to change. No support link in the app.SO GLITCHY
I echo what others have said. The app is so buggy. Not all of the activities can be completed on a touchscreen and yet you have to do those activities with every lesson. The worst are the “follow the example” ones (where no example is provided) and the ones that require you to tap words that are located too close together so when you tap one, it highlights the wrong word every time.
I downloaded the app because I was running into bugs with the web version as well. Thankfully the microphone on my phone is better than the microphone on my laptop, but it’s really frustrating to have to go back and forth to finish each lesson. I also believe I was placed in too high a level because there is no way to look up words you don’t know, nor do they explain why you’re answers are wrong. I have to rely on online dictionaries to even understand what is being asked of me. Between the language barrier and the buggy format of the lessons, I would not recommend this app to anyone. Rosetta Stone has been in the game for so long. It’s crazy they allow this app to be so crappy.I can’t hear the lessons
I downloaded this excited to start learning and there is no audio. Seriously? I paid good money for this course and I can’t even hear it?
