Never again.
Made an order to get dropped to the hospital mind you there’s only one on island and the driver said she dropped it to security. That’s ok but 40 minutes later I haven’t received it and all the nurses are saying they haven’t seen or heard anything about an order and ER security where the food was allegedly dropped off to says they haven’t seen or heard anything either. I’m not mad at the driver cause it’s not your fault. She isn’t responsible for what happens to it after she’s delivered it but customer service was terrible. When I asked for help to try and figure out what’s going on all customer service had to say was my order was dropped at this time and at this spot as if I wasn’t already aware. I asked for a refund and was denied by them just changing the conversation. Eventually I gave up and just said forget about it. Obviously I’m not getting my money back or food. I definitely won’t be using them again. Next time I want something either myself or someone that I know will collect it so I can actually receive my order without wondering where it is or what happened. Don’t recommend unless you have money to wastelulu buhdoo

The search function doesn’t accommodate searches for restaurant types or names. Search results for location are not sorted for distance.

Addresses don't sync properly. Chat support is a joke. Food is late and cold if it arrives at all. Better off cooking or driving and collecting.Starving for better service
Awful App
This app is truly one of the most glitchy and unreliable pieces of technology I’ve used. The process of ordering was so unnecessarily complicated and I was unable to place my order the way I was hoping for. The map did not track movements well at all. The only pleasant thing about this was how nice the delivery person was.hungryvisitors

Don’t do it
Terrible customer service. Driver couldn’t figure out where to leave the food and left. When I asked for a refund they said they couldn’t honor a refund and would just try to re-deliver my $40 chicken sandwich — after it’s been sitting for more than an hour on the driver’s bike. It’s pretty hard to be the worst delivery service on the island when you’re the only one. Order directly from the restaurant!Deets4314
