Fake leads
These leads are bogus. Over half of them never answer the phone or call back. Even if i text them. No response, and then IF they do answer they say they have to speak to their spouse first. There has to be a tricking question in this app. Most of the people said they were just looking. If i could sue this company for my money back i would. And now i can’t even find a place to cancel this crap service.Show lessTrash Leads
Terrible customer service
When I signed up, I was told by the representative that I could cancel at anytime and now I want to cancel because I have been doing this for months and I have not received one good lead and now I am told that I cannot cancel and I am stuck in my contract. I’ve been doing real estate for 20 years and I think this is just a terrible situation to be. I am also getting leads in town that I did not even request. I will never use this again and I will never recommend you to anyone.Show lessMJP1209

Terrible leads, when I get them
My first lead was a good one, but the client went with another agent for a lesser commission.
Every other lead has been a dead end: no answer to calls or texts - renter trying to sell property - “seller” that doesn’t own or rent the property - one was already listed AND pending sale. Rip off for $175 a month PLUS 30% referral fee at closing.Show lessLaurenleep2121
Customer service never answers or calls back
I have been trying to get a hold of customer service since I signed up. Left messages also. I have not gotten through yet. I am not very happy as I thought I would be getting more help then I have been gettingLk050333

Upnest referral system
I don’t like the games that Upnest plays with hiding numbers and addresses and call the number but you won’t get the number until after you call. Just give the agent the name number and address and let them do their job.Paula in Alaska :)
