Withdraw doesn’t work
Withdraw to visa/Mastercard doesn’t work and support will blame your browser. If you use Safari then this app won’t allow withdraw. App shows transactions as pending for deposit but support said it sometimes does that and it won’t show failed. Clearly this company and app are not customer friendly/ready to take and send money.

Deposit options are awful
Went to deposit some BTC, was about .20 short, so I decided that send another $5 l, I only received $.20 of that $5 and support just throws the problem off to a 3rd party company after emailing me that I would receive my full payment. Just terrible customer service. Won’t be using again.

Fantastic app in terms of speed and function, only issue I am having currently after it working fine for the first few days is that I am unable to select or see the full list of games available to sell skins from.

I used this app before to buy csgo skins, but now all its shows is Life beyond, maincast and Navi.

Scam
It says it takes 10min for your Bitcoin deposit to process but they never credit your account after the transaction. Totally theft, unfortunately found a Reddit link about their scam too late.
Buggy
Every time I pull up the app instead of using the url, it only shows options for Navi or Life Beyond items. When I try to change the category it doesn’t show CSGO, Dota, or anything. It’s unusable. Just use the website don’t download the app.
Overall though the site is great for trading. I’ve used it a lot and have never been scammed. The design is pretty good. It’s only the app that has caused me trouble.

Thank you for sharing such detailed feedback :) Please be informed that there are only Navi and Life Beyond items reflected on the IOS app at the moment. Hopefully, the rest of the items will be reflected in the nearest future as we are already working on it.
