Horrendous app and customer service
You can no longer purchase items through the app. Also, there are issues with using Apple Pay. Anything back ordered will not be able to get charged when it ships and customer service knows nothing about how to fix or even see the issues. Forget about ordering a gift card you will never get it and it will take forever to get the issue resolved to get your money back.
Too bad Eloquii I was a long time customer but since you’ve been bought out the quality and service is just not up to par.
