Good layout, app doesn’t work right though.
First off, I love the layout of this app compared to the standard desk app. 10/10 on that one. The additional features are super nice as well.
That being said, I’m having trouble with the app staying up to date on what is happening in Desk. The ticket counts are frequently off and sometimes tickets that are there don’t show up.Show lessDeveloper Response
It's disheartening for us to see you facing issues with the ticket count in your Radar app. We have tested the same, but couldn't reproduce the issue in our testbed. Great! Our management team utilizes this tool perfectly! They don’t understand all the options in desk, they just need the numbers and stats. Thank you! I do agree though, these tools being part of desk just to save space app wise would be nice.Great app with good insight- but...
I actually really like this app. There is a lot of good insight to support Zoho desk and to get a sense of the inbound/outbound traffic.
The reason for the one star review is that I believe that these features should be included IN the Zoho Desk app - NOT as a separate app.
I already have a folder full of Zoho apps... I don't really need another one when all of these features could have been included within the original Zoho desk app.Show lessDeveloper Response
First off, thanks for your comments on the Radar app. We are happy to hear that you like app very much! That being said, we understand your disappointment that you don't want two apps for handling the ticket management. In fact, the Radar app not just have the insights, but also the tickets related to the stats are just a click away on the numbers. So, you will not miss any functionalities in the app. Moreover, users can get going with their day-to-day activities (like ticket replies, comments, collision detection, feeds, etc.,) without any stoppage. Please give it a try and we are sure you will love it more. We are adding more admin/manager focused functionalities in the Radar app, and that should justify that users will need this app for a proactive mode.
