  • Saves me when I need to be on the go

    I work remotely, and have had to travel a bit lately, and when I discovered the FreshDesk app it totally changed how I am able to respond to tickets. It’s limited in some capacities for the phone compared to desktop (what app isn’t?) but this has been a FANTASTIC discovery of a work related app.

  • Zoom and font options

    Needs font size option and be able to zoom in on a ticket.
  • Reply option is now missing

    Can’t find the reply button all of a sudden in the latest version. Have to click add note and then select the option for customer to get response.
