No changes in 5 years
Constant updates but no actual changes in the app. Poor support. App is stale. Notification time windows do not work.
Change app update mode please
The app only notifies you that there is an update when you open it. Ran into an issue a while back where I was receiving support tickets but not being notified of the new tickets because the app needed to be updated, but I wasn’t checking the app because there were no notifications. Now I’ve gotten into the habit of opening the app to see if there is an update available but I shouldn’t have to do that. Having the app use the App Store auto-update functionality like pretty much every other app out there would be great.

Update broke the app
Forced update broke the app. No longer opens on iPhone 15 pro max. Need it fixed asap. Please check your updates before making them forced.
Works well and keeps us on top of service issues
Straightforward and easy for staff to use. I don’t know exactly how long we’ve been using this for our service and Returns but it’s definitely well over 10 years so I guess that says it all.
It’s “just ok”. Not a joy to use.
I don’t feel like it’s anything very special. It’s getting the job done but the ui is bland and the layout is bland. The workflow isn’t always smooth or well thought out. I don’t feel like I’m using a very modern product most of the time.
I mean, just in the text editor when I’m writing in a ticket, it adds extra characters, mystically changes formatting between lines when I’m only typing regular characters. I’ve had pasted hyperlinks get mangled and not work when customer gets it.
Most of the time I want an actual plain text editor without all the smart.
I’m just using Safari or Chrome most of the time. No addons. I can’t believe they aren’t seeing these things I’m annoyed by.
Fix it please.

Hi, you can save filters as custom views on the web version and access them easily on the mobile app. Hope this helps.
It’s ok but a bit frustrating to use
The mobile app is ok, but it has frustrating UI and reliability issues. Notifications don’t always show up. Replying to and creating tickets doesn’t work the same way as on web. It can be hard to read through a ticket when replying. But it works. Just don’t expect it to be a tool you use all the time.

Trying to unsubscribe and can’t
I’m trying to unsubscribe for the last 10 days and it is impossible to do. They keep on taking money and there is no one to speak with. We have opened several tickets with their support and no one gets back to you.
Does the job.
