Web and mail links should open app in relevant section & item

1. From an email about a forum message, the link went to the browser it should go to the app.
2. From the browser the link saying Open in Freshdesk went to the apps utility to open the app ok but didn't open it at the item in question. The link ought to take me to the app itself - and the right part of the app.
3. Today's email was about a forum message, but the link from there to the app went to the ticket section
4. I couldn't find any way from where it sent me to the forum.

Worst customer service

We use freshdesk at work, it’s not reliable and customer service doesn’t exist with this company. We will be moving to another service

Quality App!

Great for what we need at work. Keeps everything running smoothly and jobs on task by priority.

Saves me when I need to be on the go

I work remotely, and have had to travel a bit lately, and when I discovered the FreshDesk app it totally changed how I am able to respond to tickets. It’s limited in some capacities for the phone compared to desktop (what app isn’t?) but this has been a FANTASTIC discovery of a work related app.

Missing solution articles

The app works pretty well for what it does however, it really needs to display the company in line with search results when you’re searching for a contact. Many contacts have the same name, so why shouldn’t it show the company they belong to to distinguish between contacts?
Also, this app is missing solution articles, which is a key feature when providing support.

Still can’t login

I stopped using freshdesk a couple of years ago, one of the reasons being I could not login on the mobile app … thought I would give it another go, but same problem still, two years on. They always were useless.

Poor design and usability

The charity I volunteer with uses this to manage support tickets, so I have little choice but to use it. Unfortunately it’s a poor app, difficult to use with features buried away behind unclear interactions.

Also, the fact that their website isn’t responsive or even a mobile website in this day and age is frankly ridiculous. I’d rather not have to install the app at all but if you force me to at least make sure it’s comparable.

To hard to understand

Trying to delete my account so I don’t get charged and all information provided doesn’t work
I’ve have changed all my banking information now

Poor mobile app

Unable to filter tickets according to groups, or unable to see particular tickets.
