We have not heard about this issue from any other user, it seems you have come across a rare bug. We truly apologize for this and are currently working hard to recreate the bug and fix it. We're sorry this happened to you after purchasing a subscription, we gave you instructions on how to receive a refund when we spoke to you. We will let you know once we locate and fix the bug and will be happy to compensate you for the bad experience. Again, super sorry about this.
Terrible. Freezes every time I upload a video.

Hi! Thanks for trying the app and for your feedback. Many parts of the app are actually 100% free and will be that way forever. With that given, we need to support development of the app, so some parts of the app require the pro upgrade. But there are many filters that you can use for free, there is even a "Free" section to highlight them. Please try the free selection and we hope you continue to use the app. Thanks!

First of all we are super sorry that you had a bad experience with the app. Indeed we are having some temporary issues with the speed functionality and we are working on fixing it as our first priority. In fact we just released a new version which we hope fixes the issue so I encourage you to try. In terms of the back and forth we have been very responsive to your issue so I do not think that is a fair description of our customer service. The 25% issue is a rare issue that we are aware of and are working on fixing, we hope to fix it in the next release coming soon. Thanks for your updated feedback! We really appreciate it and learn from it. We're happy that you like the app and really heart broken about any bad experience you may be having. Of course it's not your fault and you are not doing anything wrong, we work very hard to make the experience with the app the best that it can be, but of course there are some cases which we miss and we always have room for improvement. It also depends a bit on which device you use, as the app is very graphically intensive and it might be more sluggish on older phones. As we mentioned before if you have the time you can always chat with us or email us and we will try to fix your specific issue and work with you to see that indeed it was fixed.
