Notification Won’t Go Away
I had no issues with the app until it sent me a push notification. It’s been two weeks and the notification will not go away. The offer that the notification is from is expired and not even in the app anymore, but the notification remains. If I delete the app, that is where it will live the rest of its life on my device...deleted. I will not reinstall it. There has got to be a way for notifications to go away.

App doesn’t work properly
I lost all of my prior Fire Club points when Farrelli’s switched over to this app. Pretty shortsighted really.
I’m trying to sign in using the app, but it will not send SMS to me to verify my phone number. Without this, the app is totally useless unless you want to order pizzas and not gain points.

Love the new farrellis app! Ordering my favorite pies has never been easier! Love the alerts when I have rewards, it’s like a reminder to go treat myself to the best pizza in Washington.

Stoked I can now see my points and rewards right on my device. Easy to redeem in the store. You can even use your rewards and get points through the online ordering feature. Looks like they’re adding a delivery feature too, so you can get Fire Club points while ordering Farrelli’s without getting out of your robe!
